  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 Roman tomatoes
  • Cilantro
  • Hummus
  • Pepper


  1. Peel cucumber then slice into 1/2 inch circles
  2. Cut tomatoes in cubes
  3. Place a 1/2 a teaspoon of hummus on a cucumber slice, add a tomatoe cube, a pinch of cilantro and a dash of pepper.
